Regarding Returns:  

New York State Law prohibits us from accepting any returns on our items and any intimate apparel.  However, as we have always say, your item is made just for you so if it doesn't fit correctly or if there is a problem with it, we will be happy to correct it for you so that it DOES.  Remember when ordering to advise us on any customization or any measurements you think we need to know when making for you.

Orders cannot be cancelled after the materials have been bought for it, and/or construction has begun on your order.
